Course Description

The heart is a calendrical structure; thus it can be rotated inside the chest along its won longitudinal axis giving what is called clockwise (dextrorotation) or counterclockwise (levorotation) that will give some simple specific marks on the ECG that be easily distinguished with their clinical causes.
