Certificates & Accreditation

1. Overview

CardiologyMaster provides digital Certificates of Completion for selected online courses and educational programs. These certificates serve as proof that the subscriber has successfully completed the learning requirements established by the platform. All certificates are issued electronically and are non-transferable.

2. Certificate Eligibility Requirements

To receive a Certificate of Completion from CardiologyMaster, the subscriber must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Active Account
    The subscriber must have a valid and active account on the CardiologyMaster platform at the time of certificate issuance.

  2. Course Payment
    Full payment for the relevant course or program must be successfully completed and verified in our system.

  3. Exam Completion & Minimum Score
    The subscriber must pass the final exam associated with the course with a score of 60% or higher, as recorded and validated through our assessment system.

  4. Survey Completion
    The subscriber is required to complete the post-course survey. This feedback is essential for quality improvement and is mandatory for certificate eligibility.

3. Verification & Processing

  • Certificates are issued only after all requirements are confirmed through system data, including payment status, exam results, and survey submission.

  • CardiologyMaster may take up to 5 business days to verify eligibility and issue the certificate once all conditions are met.

  • The platform retains the right to withhold certificates if any suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity is detected.

4. Format & Delivery

  • Certificates are delivered digitally via the subscriber’s registered email and made available for download through the user dashboard.

  • No physical certificates are provided.

  • CardiologyMaster is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account information or email filtering.

5. Certificate Validity

  • Certificates reflect course completion but do not grant academic credit, professional licensing, or clinical privileges.

  • Recognition of certificates by external institutions or employers is at their discretion.

6. Revocation of Certificates

CardiologyMaster reserves the right to revoke or invalidate a certificate if:

  • The subscriber is later found to have violated the Terms & Conditions

  • Fraudulent activity or exam misconduct is discovered

  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur after certificate issuance

  • Any other breach of policy is confirmed
