Account Security & Device Registration Policy

1. Account Security Obligations

1.1 Account Responsibility
Subscribers are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their CardiologyMaster login credentials.
You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose your password or account access to any third party.

1.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify CardiologyMaster immediately.
Failure to report unauthorized activity may result in account suspension or denial of security-related claims.

1.3 Use of Personal Devices Only
Accounts must be accessed strictly through the subscriber’s own personal devices.
Sharing access with third parties, including colleagues, friends, or students, is strictly prohibited.

2. Device Registration & Access Limitations

To ensure the protection of intellectual property and maintain system integrity, CardiologyMaster enforces a strict device-registration policy as outlined below:

2.1 Maximum Device Limit

Each subscriber may register and use their account on up to two (2) personal devices only. These may include:

  • Smartphone
  • Tablet
  • Laptop
  • Desktop computer

Once two devices are registered, no additional devices can access the account.

2.2 Attempting to Access From an Unregistered Device

If you attempt to log in from a third device, the system will automatically block access.
You will be asked to return to one of your previously approved devices.

2.3 Changing a Registered Device

If you wish to replace one of your registered devices:

  • You must delete one of your currently registered devices first.
  • To do so you need to register back from one of your previous devices.
  • You may delete a previous device then add a new device by logging in from it while still having access to at least one of your previously approved devices.

2.4 Limit on Device Changes

Subscribers are allowed only two (2) device-change attempts throughout their entire registration period.
After two changes have been completed, further modifications will not be allowed automatically.

2.5 Exceeding the Allowed Number of Changes

If more than two device-change attempts have been made:

  • You must contact CardiologyMaster Support via email.
  • Your message must clearly explain why more than two changes were attempted.
  • Additional changes will be reviewed manually and approved at the platform’s discretion.
  • CardiologyMaster reserves the right to deny further changes for suspicious or non-compliant activity.
