The walls of the heart and the electrodes representing them
As was have discussed earlier about how the ECG electrodes are placed on the patient in an orientation that reflects all the walls of the heart, we will focus more on our discussion in this session about how ischemia is represented more specifically on the ECG leads appearing on the ECG paper, thus when ever an ST elevation is evident on the ECG, you will be able to read the wall that is infarcted and also the culprit coronary blood supply.
